The Shibboleth team and community provide support on an informal basis via email lists.

To subscribe, send an e-mail to sympa@internet2.edu with the following message in the subject:

subscribe ListName FirstName LastName

e.g.: subscribe shibboleth-users Chris Jones

  • Shibboleth-Announce
    Used by the Shibboleth team to distribute news about Shibboleth and federations. (*low traffic*) This list is used by the Shibboleth team to distribute Security Advisories.
  • Shibboleth-Users
    Used for discussion of Shibboleth deployment issues.
    NOTE: if you are new to Shibboleth, start with this list.
  • Shibboleth-Dev
    Used for discussion of Shibboleth development issues.
    NOTE: this is NOT the place to ask "how do I use Shibboleth" types of questions...

To UNsubscribe, send an e-mail to sympa@internet2.edu **from the address you subscribed with** with the following message in the subject:

unsubscribe ListName

e.g.: unsubscribe shibboleth-users

If for some reason you can't send mail from that subscribed address, you can login to your Sympa control panel and do it from there, or change your subscribed address globally for all of your subscriptions to Internet2 lists:
https://mail.internet2.edu/wws

Your password can also be reset from that page if you don't have it.
